The bar--which includes four 4-3/8-inch mounting bolts--offers a pair of transverse handles for pull-ups, with high-quality knurling at the ends and the middle for a better grip. The handles also tilt downward 30 degrees at the end just like the lat pull-down machines at the gym. In addition, the bar sports a couple of perpendicular handles with knurled grips, giving you an alternative hand support for exercises like hanging abdominal raises or narrow-grip pull-ups.
