Decent quality, watch out for bounce outs July 12, 2010 Kevin Wilbourn Picked one up to improve my darts game by practicing at home. As others have mentioned, the included darts are almost worthless. Mine lasted about a week, but the copper barrels wore down to the point you couldn't grip the dart after maybe 5 hours of play. Seems to bounce out more darts than the other boards I have played, but I also have played a lot more on it in the past month than any other board. I would say bounce outs are roughly double what I've experienced on a DMI Bandit that I also play on regularly. Double bull bounces are dramatically higher, probably 3-4 times the Bandit.
Board is holding up very well to about an hour a day of play, but I will probably step up to a Blade 3 or Bandit whenever it is worn out. As a beginner board, this is very good, but the bounce outs can be frustrating.
Great Buy July 7, 2010 Robert I have casually played darts on and off for years and was getting sick of my plastic electronic dart board. I wanted the real deal with a smaller chance of bounce-outs and that's what I got with this board. I wanted a quality board but was tight for cash so this one was the perfect choice (especially since it comes with 6 darts). The board is everything I expected and is working out great. The darts, although being entry level, are also working out very well. My only complaint is that the fins were slightly bent from shipping. I have been playing with this for about a week now with far less bounce-outs than I experienced with my old board (the metal ring can be a bother) and I am becoming more and more addicted to the game. I highly recommend this board.
Bristle Dartboard April 22, 2010 D. Tupis (Memphis, TN) We play darts almost everyday, this board arrived quickly and has already had over 100 games played on it. Great board for the price.
Great dart board for the price December 7, 2009 J. Marshall (chesapeake, va) No major complaints here. It's a pretty durable board. The darts that it comes with are cheap and broke during the first use. Otherwise, well-worth the price.
Tried and true December 5, 2009 Curmudgeon (Maryland) Bought and returned one of the fancy, electronic? dart boards for my grandson. A big disappointment! This one is what a dart board has been and should be. Yes, the darts are sharp, they're supposed to be.
